Sport Flight Aviation uses state of the art CAD/CAM technology and CNC machining to take designs from concept to finished article, assuring consistent quality every time.






Assembly work requiring special jigs and fixtures is done at Sport Flight’s factory, so you don’t have to worry about critical alignments - they are already built right in.




Each Talon kit from Sport Flight Aviation consists of precisely machined and formed components ready to fit together smoothly and accurately - not crudely made parts or simply a box full of raw metal and fuzzy blueprints.






All Talons use genuine “AN” aircraft hardware, with spherical bearings on control linkages. And Sport Flight Aviation doesn’t charge extra for a hardware kit.



The Talon’s primary fuselage structure  comes with a super durable baked-on powdercoat finish in a wide choice of colors. And best of all, there’s no extra charge.











Aluminum alloy airframe components are anodized for stunning appearance, great corrosion resistance, and long-lasting durability.





Alloy steel components are nickel or cadmium plated where appropriate for years of worry-free service, and welded components are TIG welded for the best quality and appearance.










While the structure around you is important, so is what’s under you. The seats in a Talon are made with a specially selected cushion material and covered with durable, attractive upholstery. A comfortable 3-point harness keeps you securely where you belong.
